Katie Panciera is a carrier of the GroupLens Plague.

Comrade Katherine "Katie Pants" Panciera is a former president of CSGSA. Elected in Spring 2007, she assumed office in September 2007. Previously she has served as the secretary for the 2006-2007 school year, alongside Andy Exley (President) and Reid Priedhorsky (Vice-President).

- She has been criticized for going out only 3 of 4 days in her stay at Grace Hopper.
- During her term as secretary, she was frequently criticized for "slacking" and not posting the meeting notes in a prompt manner.
- Katie no longer hates her fellow graduate students, as clarified by her attendence at the informal grad student lunch on December 4, when Kelly Cannon did not even bother to show up.
