The meeting was called to order @ 10:02 AM.

• Andy congratulated next years officers: Aaron, Katie and especially Kelly.
• Georgeanne wants us to have a nerdiest T-shirt (wearing) contest.
• Everyone is going to be here over the summer, so Andy suggested, “We should definitely do stuff.”
• Summer meetings (lunches)
  • Kelly suggested we should do something small every week, but not buy donuts because that is really expensive. We could hang out and go to coffee or something like that.
  • Mornings won't work because Aaron has a job.
  • Andy, “If it is not every week, people get confused.”
  • Lunches will be held on Tuesday. May 15 will be the first one.
  • Andy will try to organize that.
  • Reid would like to do things that aren't in stadium village.
  • Kelly does not like Chinese food. She would prefer meat, bread or cheese “with nothing on it, under it or near it.”
• Summer Stuff
  • Andy would like to organize a picnic and prefers Minnehaha Falls park.
  • You can reserve tables on the other side of the park.
  • Reid would be willing to drive people to Afton state park.
  • Ren Fest? (Kelly will organize)
    • Reid, “It's a little dweeby.”
    • It will be in July or August
    • It is always really hot so dressing as a king is not recommended
  • Corn Maze
    • It is actually a maze made of corn
  • Organizer for picnic
    • Andy asks, “Who wants to do this?”
    • It will be a pot luck so the organizer would not need to organize food
    • Andy wants it in late May. Andy is thinking the weekend of the 25th of May.
